Ethical business policy with complete transparency has been followed along with fair trade practice and that is one of the key reasons to find the client’s inclination to deal with us regularly. The firm is very strict in adhering to its commitment of on time delivery and quality as per client’s specifications. The deliveries are made by air, sea and road transport so as to ensure safe and timely delivery. The department of sales also ensure that the packaging of machines is done properly to prevent any likely damage due to any impact in handling and transit.

AFTER SALE SERVICE POLICY:

NMC will not be responsible for any damage identified in the product after the purchase transaction takes place. However, the company will provide after sale service in order to fix any fixable damage that occurs after purchase, , with subject to additional charges.

NOTE :

  • Any accidental damage will not be compromised by the company
  • Repairing as per customer requirement can only be done in local products.
  • In case any imported product is repaired on customer’s request then the company will not guarantee a 100% original quality.
  • With the fluctuations in iron market price, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

NMC intends to provide its customers best quality and in time customer service on customized order/repair services. However under  unusual circumstances such as political uncertainty, strikes or any uncontrollable factor during which markets remain closed, NMC  will not be responsible for the delay in delivery of the order.

  • No fixable damage will be entertained without official company receipt.
  • policy will change with time and the latest shall be applicable and informed.
  • The guarantee of the product will be the one which would be mentioned of the receipt.
